Machining parts is the core of our business, but we realize that there is more to taking care of our customers than simply providing quality machined parts. Customer Care is a big thing with the folks at B&S. All RFQ’s are responded to with a quote generated with our business management software. Our material inventory and MTR’s are managed by the same software. Customers P.O. requirements are entered into the shop management software, and a Job Router is generated thereby giving all of our staff access to the customers requirements. Order Entry, JobTracking, Shipping and Billing are all handled with the same software.
