Milling

Parts that require a CNC Machining Center are processed by one of our 3 CNC Vertical Machining Centers. These machines are supported by highly skilled machinist, extensive tooling and programming software that enables our people to generate the tool paths necessary to satisify the needs of our demanding customers.

Milling Machines

• 1 CNC Milling Center 40” x 20” x 25” equipped with 4th axis
• 1 CNC Milling Center 45” x 25” x 27” equipped with 4th axis
• 1 CNC Milling Center 60” x 30” x 30” equipped with 4th axis

CNC Mills are backed up with competent machinist capable of writing and editing programs and a full complement of tooling

• 4 Vertical knee mills complemented with index heads, right angle heads, rotary tables, and vertical slotter
